Was lousy weather out this evening, not too bad where I was but could see the lightning over the river. The sunset was pretty though, took several photos of it (am having fun playing with my camera lately)…you can see the photos here.

So I am finally home from CA (got home yesterday around noon)…it was a long trip back. Left on the red eye thursday night (from monterey to san francisco at 12 am (eastern time), san francisco to philadelphia at 2:45, philadelphia to albany at 10:00)…was really busy (just about every flight was over-booked, I had seat assignments so I didn’t need to worry but they kept offering round trip flights in the US for people who would postpone), didn’t really put together that it was because of memorial day right away…was too tired to put it together I think.
Was pretty thrown off when I got back…but am back on NY time today. They lost both my and Ang’s bags (4 altogether)…just got them back this morning (they found them late afternoon yesterday). Luckily I wasn’t in a big hurry for them (just staying home today anyways…not going anywhere…), but Ang was driving to PA yesterday, so hopefully she got her stuff from pittsburgh ok.
