arrival in san diego…
Been a long day, filled with pretty much all of my transportation-related fears/ issues. Started with driving through my snow filled apartment parking lot (hate driving in snow)…then the take off in albany was bumpy, flight to vegas was ok, but descent and landing was really bumpy (a lot of people seemed freaked out by it). Though I was sitting with a really nice couple from waterford, made the flight nicer.
Then the flight from vegas to san diego was bumpy the entire time (flight attendants were asked to sit through most of it). Last, but not least, I got to ride in a taxi on a california freeway…fun stuff 
First time I have been in the airport in vegas, slot machines everywhere (if you know me at all you already know that I think that’s extremely tacky). Got sick of hearing them while waiting for my flight.
Anyways, after a very long day am relieved to be in my hotel. Just had some good room service (topped off by a glass of white zinfandel that I really needed). Am just going to relax in front of the tv for the rest of the night
